What is the cost and what is included in that?

We have gone to great lengths to make sure all of the bases are covered for your wedding or event. Below is a detailed list of everything we offer with our rentals. If you are looking for something not listed or need additional information about specific items, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Rental Costs

Saturday Rate: $6,900.00 (8:00am - 1:00am)

Friday/Sunday Rate:
$5,800.00 (10:00am - 12:00AM)
$5,200.00 (12:00PM - 12:00AM)

Engagement or Bridal Portraits only: $200.00

*Rental includes Engagement and/or Bridal portraits.

*Holiday rates may apply.
*High season rates may apply.

The Low-down

Rental Information

The chapel, outdoor ceremony site and reception hall are designed to accomodate 250 guests.

All rates include the use of the Chapel, outdoor ceremony site, reception hall and outdoor patios/gardens.
All rates include the use of the property for Bridal Portraits.

Rates are subject to change without notice prior to receiving a signed contract.
Once a signed contract and deposit are received the rate is locked in.

Deposit must be paid to reserve a date. (The deposit amount is half of the total booking rate.)

The Chapel

Our picturesque Chapel features over 250 year old 14 foot front doors acquired from Argentina. Other Argentine pieces include antique privacy screen, 2 chapel side doors, foyer sofa and other furnishings.

The chapel also features stained glass windows from Europe, 24 vintage pews from upstate NY that seat up to 250, Yamaha conservatory Grand Piano, sound system, carpeted ivory aisle runner, altar table, reserved pew markers, urns and a guest book table.

The Event Hall

The Event Hall features two six foot chandeliers, fireplace, deck, restrooms, catering workroom, commercial ice machine, commercial refrigerators, 250 Crystal Chavari chairs, 25 60” round tables, 7 48” round tables, 12 8’ tables, 12 6' tables, 6 standing cocktail tables with a selection of linens, 2 60'' half round tables, 4 4’ tables, DJ table, sweetheart table, decorative cake table, bar/drink stations, several cake stands to choose from, different size easels, ivory or black linens, ivory settee, bride and groom seating options, decor inventory, setup and breakdown of tables and chairs.

Bridal Suite

One of the most important spots on our property...The Bridal Suite! This is really where all the magic happens and is designed to accommodate all of your needs before you say "I do." Our large suite includes a coffee/tea bar, clothing steamer, refrigerator/freezer, hair and makeup station, ring lights, bridal gown hook, dress rack, large full length mirror, antique privacy screen, and restroom.

Grooms Quarters

Our Groom Quarters provide a tranquil place for the Groom and Groomsmen to relax and get ready for the big day. It comes complete with coffee/tea bar, steamer, TV, refrigerator/freezer, suit hooks, clothing steamer, full length mirror and restrooms.

Our Outdoor Ceremony is a picturesque setting surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers. It was designed to provide a tranquil and serene atmosphere, with comfortable seating arrangements for guests to witness the couple exchange vows. The natural beauty of the surroundings enhances the romance and intimacy of the ceremony, providing a perfect backdrop for a memorable and magical wedding day.
